All products contain a similar formula, but the dosage varies:

* Reset AfterMix also contains ORS and Milk Thistle. The dosage of Reset Recovery can be increased.
Reset AfterDrink:
Shake the bottle a few times to loosen the powder in the cap. Unscrew the white cap (no need to peel off the plastic sleeve) until the vitamins, antioxidants, and amino acids drop into the water. The helix inside the cap will mix the ingredients. Move the cap up and down to release any remaining powder. Drink immediately; the longer you wait, the less tasty it becomes. Remember to drink two glasses of water for proper hydration.
Reset AfterMix:
Combine component A and component B with at least 200 ml of water. Stir or shake regularly while drinking, as the powder may be difficult to dissolve. Consume immediately after mixing and follow with another glass of water for extra hydration.
Reset Recovery:
Take one blue and one white capsule daily before bed to support your recovery. Nighttime is when your body repairs itself, so providing it with the right nutrients is crucial. If you’re using Reset Recovery after drinking alcohol, start by increasing the dosage to 4 white capsules and 4 blue capsules. One Reset AfterDrink is comparable to 10 white and 10 blue capsules of Reset Recovery. Remember, everyone processes acetaldehyde differently, so adjust the dosage based on your previous experiences.
Take a maximum of 1 Reset AfterDrink and Reset AfterMix per 24 hours.
