Use Reset Recovery daily before going to bed. Take 1 dose of Reset Recovery, consisting of 1 white capsule and 1 blue capsule, with a glass of water.
Additional usage recommendations:
- After Exercising: Take 2 doses per day immediately after exercise (2 white capsules + 2 blue capsules).
- During Illness: Take 3 doses per day, ideally before bed (3 white capsules + 3 blue capsules).
- For Injuries: Take 3 doses per day, ideally before bed (3 white capsules + 3 blue capsules).
- After Drinking Alcohol: Take approximately 4 doses after drinking alcohol and before bed (4 white capsules + 4 blue capsules).
First time using Reset Recovery after drinking alcohol? Start with 4 doses. Adjust the dosage next time based on the number of drinks consumed and your personal experience. Do not exceed 10 blue capsules + 10 white capsules per day.
