- Use during or after drinking alcohol, and before going to bed.
- 1 dose (1 white + 1 blue capsule) for each alcoholic drink consumed.
- Swallow the capsules with a glass of water. You may open the capsules and mix the contents into water, but note that the taste may be unpleasant.
Important notes:
- If you’ve had 3 or more drinks, we recommend using Reset AfterDrink or Reset AfterMix instead. While you can still use Reset Recovery, it will require many capsules.
